Therefore, this company conducts its activities according to the instructions and under the control of RAD POLEWEAR. STRIPE is a provider based in the U.S. and provides the appropriate safeguards and compliance measures to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data transferred within as well as outside the EU, which includes the European Commission’s approved standard contractual clauses.
