Returns & Refunds

RETURN POLICY 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase, so we offer 30 day returns from the delivery date, for refund or store credit for future purchases.

All items must be returned in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with  hygiene liners (when applicable) and swing tags in place. If merchandise is returned despite these  conditions, it will not be accepted. 

Due to health regulations, please ensure all swimwear is tried on over your own  undergarments.  

  • Items that are bought during bazar sales and final sales items are only eligible for store credit. We do not offer refunds for those items. 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER? 

Fill out your Return Form (included with your order). Please note if your return form is not correctly filled out or missing, this may delay the processing of your return. 

Ensure your return meets the conditions of our policy.

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS 

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed. You will  receive a notification email when our team has received your return and again  when it has been processed 

FAULTY ITEMS 

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty  garment. Please contact our Customer Care team  

arevthebrand@gmail.com with your order number and images of the fault and  we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. 

INCORRECT ITEMS 

Please contact our Customer Care team vacaythebrand@gmail.com with your  order number and style youʼve incorrectly received. Once we receive your request we will ensure you receive your original order, provided that the item is in stock. 

RETURN DELIVERY COST & SERVICE 

GREECE: The return delivery costs 3.00€ via Geniki Taxydromiki service. Please send the package on our own charge and we'll deduct the fee from your returning amount. 

EU & INTERNATIONAL: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Vacay takes no responsibility in tracking your return. Original shipping costs are non refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
